SAT Reading and Writing

The SAT coach that reads your mistakes.

Bluebook-style modules with real digital SAT questions. After each one, the coach tells apart reading mistakes, picking between the last two, and running out of time, and gives you the next step for that kind of question.

Passes from US$ 15, valid until your test day.

What changes: in Boundaries, find the main verb before looking at the punctuation. A finite verb after a comma with no conjunction is a comma splice.

Days left, today's goal, your measurement trend and where you lose points: by domain, by skill and by kind of mistake. It updates after every module.

How it works

No mistake leaves orbit until it is confirmed.

Satu's ring is the method. Every missed question goes into orbit, comes back days later and only leaves when you get it right twice in a row.

  1. 1MeasureA 27-question module in 32 minutes, Bluebook style.
  2. 2DiagnoseFrom what you crossed out, the coach sees whether you misread or got stuck between two.
  3. 3FixOne concrete step for the next question of that type, saved to your error book.
  4. 4ReturnThe missed question comes back in training two days later.
  5. 5ConfirmTwo right in a row and it leaves orbit. Miss it again and it keeps circling.
Diagnosis by elimination

Why you miss, not just how many.

You cross out the choices you rule out, just like on test day. Crossed out the right one? That was a reading problem. Down to two and picked the wrong one? That was discrimination.

Different mistakes need different training. A regular practice test only tells you that you missed.

Command of Evidence · Hardapp screen, example
A. The researchers' data were collected over two seasons…
B. Participants who received the treatment reported… (yours)
C. The effect disappeared when the sample was… ✓
D. Earlier studies had used a smaller sample…
Down to 2Crossed out A and D, was torn between B and C and picked wrong: discrimination.
Crossed out the right oneHad C been crossed out, it would be a reading mistake.
Pacing and strategy

How long you spend on each part of the test.

A module gives you 32 minutes for 27 questions, about 71 seconds each. The app times every question and adds it up by part: Craft and Structure, Information and Ideas, and Conventions plus Expression.

Why it matters: parts 1 and 3 are fast and part 2 is slow. Overspend early and you reach part 2 short on time, missing questions you knew. A low score can be a pacing problem rather than a content problem, and only the clock tells them apart.

From your numbers, the coach builds your test strategy: how much to save on the fast parts, how much part 2 can take, and when to drop a question, mark it for review and move on.

The line marks 71s, the budget per question.

6 questions went past 90s: 33% right, against 83% on the rest.
Plan: part 1 at ~60s and part 3 at ~45s leave up to ~130s per question for part 2 (you use 104s today). Past 90s with no clear path: mark it and move on.
Adaptive reading

The main point, without the crutch of the choices.

Every day, short passages from the bank: you write the central idea in one sentence before seeing the choices, and only then pick one.

Three levels. Move up with 4 right in the last 5, down with 3 misses. At the top level, a 71-second timer, the real test pace.

Passage 1/2 · Main idea · Mediumapp screen, example
In 1935 Hallie Flanagan was chosen to lead the Federal Theatre Project. Under her direction, the project created thousands of jobs for theater workers during the Great Depression…
